We are representing our client in the recruitment of a Coordinator (OSHC) based at a brand new service in Brisbane As the Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of one of these newly established OSHC programs, overseeing all aspects of care, compliance, and team leadership. You’ll also take on the Educational Leader role for Before and After School Care, while receiving full support from the head office educational team for Vacation Care programming. This is a brand-new service, giving you the unique opportunity to build and shape the culture, systems, and community connections from the ground up. Key Perks and Finer Details $75,000 – $80,000 super Early Childhood Education grant Full-time, permanent position - Mon- Fri Service Size: 10pl Location: Brisbane Split-shift hours with paid admin time 7:00–8:15am & 2:15–6:00pm (incl. 2 hours admin) Start date: Training and onboarding from 19th December, services commence 12th January Support from a head office educational and compliance team Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations and compliance of the OSHC program Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture Develop engaging programs that align with the service’s philosophy and the needs of the school community Build strong relationships with children, families, and school staff Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children’s wellbeing and development What You’ll Need Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education- Mandatory Proven leadership experience within Early Childhood or OSHC settings Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF Excellent communication, organisation, and people leadership skills A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently Current WWCC (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications Why Join Our Client?
